Demand for non-conflict minerals

Chialin Precision Industrial Co., Ltd. hereby declares that all products provided to customers are conflict mineral-free products.
Chialin Precision Industrial Co., Ltd. is also or will be committed to a detailed investigation of the supply chain to ensure: gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), cobalt (Co), tin (Sn)

Such metalloids are not mined from mines in conflict areas of the Democratic Republic of the Congo or obtained through illegal smuggling through anarchic groups or illegal groups. In addition, metals exported from the following countries do not comply with the "conflict-free norms" Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania, Kenya (Kenya) (the United Nations Security Council has determined that the above countries are all minerals in the Congo vein).

The company guarantees that any metals contained in products sold to customers are in compliance with the conflict-free regulations (DRC Conflict-Free).

  2.  Require suppliers to refuse to use conflict minerals from conflict areas, and sign a commitment letter of conflict-free minerals to Chialin Precision Industrial Co., Ltd.
  3.  Our suppliers are required to manage their upstream and downstream suppliers, and must follow the requirements of conflict-free minerals.
